Dom Pérignon Retreat

Lizard Island

Is there any looking past an event that brings together one of the most prestigious champagne labels with one of Australia's most luxurious resorts?

Chase the sun and warmth up to Queensland and indulge in the Dom Pérignon Retreat on Lizard Island. The first experience sees you set off on your own private boat charter to explore the Great Barrier Reef’s world-renowned marine life. At the end of your snorkel (for which you are dressed in a very James Bond Dom-branded wetsuit), there is Dom Pérignon 1996 vintage waiting for you on deck!

From there, make your way to an idyllic corner of the island, Sunset Beach for a private picnic, where you can feast on fresh Lobster rolls and seafood, which of course is perfectly paired to a Dom Pérignon 2009.

Nicolas Alexander highly recommends the Dom Perignon Experience at Lizard Island

Guests can also choose a beachside Dom Pérignon Dining Under the Stars experience for up to ten people. Guests will explore the Dom Pérignon universe, including the P2 2000 Champagne, paired with the islands freshest, locally sourced produce and seafood prepared by Lizard Island’s Executive Chef, Ryan Locke.

This unforgettable experience is certainly one to add to the bucket list, especially while the Great Barrier Reef still remains exquisite.

Lizard Island is an idyllic year-round retreat where the weather for this beautiful location is very tropical and rarely drops below 25 degrees Celsius during the day (in winter months), making it a perfect location for any time of the year.
