Can I return an item I purchased?
We want you to try our clothes worry-free, so we maintain a 'no questions asked' returns policy. If you need to exchange or return an item, simply return the item to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags attached) within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.
Exchanged items are sent out free of charge.
How to return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at email@example.com and include the following details, as this will help facilitate the return.
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Item/s you would like to return
- If it is for an exchange, please tell us the item you want to exchange it for
- Reasons for return:
- Item does not fit
- The wrong item received
- Faulty/damaged item
- Other (please describe)
Re-pack your item into its original packaging (the Nicolas Alexander padded mailer envelope). If you do not have this anymore, feel free to pack the item into another padded envelope or box.
Then proceed to send the return to the address listed below.
For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use insured registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery as we cannot be held liable for any lost returned items.
Refunds will be issued (less the original shipping charges) and exchanged items will be despatched as soon as the returned goods have been received and verified by us.

My item is damaged/faulty?
We ensure strict quality controls however if you receive an item that is faulty, we sincerely apologise. We will replace your item free of charge - As long as the garment hasn’t been misused and the care instructions have been followed. Claims must be made within 10 days of purchase date.

Important Information (Please Read)
- Orders must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
- Nicolas Alexander does not offer returns on any item purchased on SALE.
- Nicolas Alexander will only cover the cost of sending out an exchanged item on the first occasion.
- All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Nicolas Alexander. This is why we recommend all customers use insured registered post (with tracking) when returning an item.
- For returns coming from outside of Australia, please mark the parcel ‘returned goods’ - this will help to avoid delays at customs.
